Screen not working and reset doesn't fix it. What are the next steps?

I've tried resetting it normally, including suggestions to press and hold the button for long periods of time, and even with that, screen is unresponsive. I can see the watch is on due to my Connect app on my phone, but otherwise no indication it is actually working

I can tell it's still working as well as it picks up heart rate and stuff like that, but I cannot see the display at all
