Notifications not appearing during exercise

I receive notifications in normal, but when i am in exercise mode, it doesn't vibrate or show smartphone notifications. I'm sure i made them on. Any solutions?

There is a configuration option disallowing notifications during exercise. Get a look and see if there are activated or not

They are on. Any more options that i can try?

Not sure.

Recently udpdated? Try to factory reset the watch. Is not more than 10 minutes to restore all settings. It did work for me on my last Garmin model
