I purchased the Garmin Venu 2 about a week ago.
it is having issues syncing data and it is not recording properly.
I have had to disconnect the watch and restart it several times, I have followed all the parameters and it is still not working. I have followed alL
the advice from Garmin the forum, etc. The watch refused to record data for hours at a time, I have no problem with the old Venu this new watch has replaced and I have ensured the old Venu has been removed and is not being used, it’s reset and no longer paired with the connect app or phone.
This now feels like an expensive mistake and I am no longer wanting the watch if this can’t be resolved.
it is 1: not syncing sleep data even when it can be seen on the watch
2: it’s the preferred tracking device and is not syncing steps, body battery or other data.
3: I have disconnected the device, reset it, checked software and connectivity and it’s still super buggy and this is now day 7 and I have had enough of waking up having to disconnect the device and losing 2-3 hours of data (Even though the watch is on and recording.)
$699 for a useless paperweight at this point.
