Venu 2s heart rate sensor stopped working

Heart rate sensors stopped working, the green light is not blinking.
I double-checked all the settings (DND is off, Heart rate sensor is enabled).
I tried Delete data and reset and hard reboot (pressing top button for 30 sec) several times.
Nothing helps!

In the SW versions I see Sensor Version and BMX has 0.0.0 and I always see a pending update in Software update.

I did update many times (the watch also did automatically), but the update is still there.
I also installed Beta version 10.21 and no change. The sensor versions are 0.0.0 and the sensor lights are not flashing!

I was not able to fix it, updates did not help. My fix was to get it replaced cause it was still within the 14 days after the purchase...
