Sensor update problems

After my Venu 2S updated sensor yesterday, my heart rate is registering much lower on my regular workout - so much so I don’t get my Vitality points. Anyone have similar issues? 

  • Hello , thank you for reporting this. Does power cycling the watch resolve the issue?

    If not, try a hard reset and let us know if you are still experiencing inaccurate heart rate readings. 

    NOTE: Performing a hard reset has the potential to erase information such as daily steps or heart rate data.

    1. Plug the device into a computer’s USB port (preferably) or wall adapter using the charging cable.
    2. Hold the power button for 30+ seconds or until the watch powers off manually.
    3. Release the button and allow the data cable to power the watch back on.
      1. You may need to unplug the USB end and plug back in to get the computer / wall adapter to power the device back on.
    4. Let the device fully charge before taking off the charger.
