Problem with new update?

Hello! I noticed today with the new update some bugs at screen like hidden number of date at some faces and the side bar of edit face not working or working bad. Is this coming for update or another problem?

I think they stopped the rollout at 60 Per cent

Well, that explains why I never received the update. Their post says 60% as of 3 days ago and nothing since.
