Problems with Venu 2s version 10.18 update

My Venu 2s was updated to v10.18 on Thursday. After that there have been gaps in HR, steps, stress and body battery at least. HR related data has gaps also in watch, but for steps watch seems ok but in Garmin Connect you can see gaps in steps chart. Anyone else having similar issues after update? I have restarted watch already.

  • Thank you all for providing feedback with you experience after updating to software version 10.18. I am sorry to hear so many of you reporting the same issue. I would love to get this a ticket assigned and will need some information provided from you. Please reply to my comment by answering the following questions:

    1. Are the gaps in data (Steps, HR, Stress, ETC.) happening on the watch itself, in the Garmin Connect account after syncing, or both?
    2. Does power cycling the watch resolve the issue?
    3. Do I have permission to message you privately to get additional information for this ticket?
    4. If needed, does Garmin have permission to access your Garmin Connect account to assist in this investigation?
    5. What Country are you located in?

    1. ALL - issue on watch and app
    2. NO - already powercycled AND soft/hard Reset

  • 1. In all parts…. Pre and post sync. Restarting, reconnecting , Bluetooth interruption and reset haven’t worked

    2. no, it doesn’t. I’ve just done a hard reset of watch and Garmin app and currently it seems to be working a little better but still with gaps.

    1. Bei mir wird die HF nicht dokumentiert on der Tageszeitleiste , aber nur in der Uhr auf der APP WIRD das Diagramm angezeigt.

    Habe gestern Abend noch ein Update erhalten, weil bei mir die Sprache ein Mischmasch aus Deutsch und Englisch war. Das ist jetzt behoben.

    Das Update auf 10.18 hat wohl einige Fehler?

  • I submitted a ticket over the phone, sent in my steps and heart rate data from the last week (its a car accident since the update)   I tried the factory reset and its still an issue.  I had 6700 steps and then an hour later 4400.   How is that possible
