Garmin has trouble with the touch screen, it keeps freezing. Able to restart but now it has a split screen with the red emergency screen/normal clock screen. Any advice how to reset? It did try doing an update last night but I clicked no.
3575176 - With the current state of the watch, are you able to change screens? I would shut the watch off, turn it back on, and then perform a software update. You can perform a software update either from the watch (Settings > System Software Update) or from a computer. If your watch comes back on and still has a split screen, you may need to do the software update using Garmin Express on a computer. The software update will also hopefully resolve your freezing problem.
