Venu 2 - Amazon music- no connection to Garmin connect mobile 502

I have lost my music in Amazon music on my Venu 2.  I can only get the message 'no connection to Garmin connect mobile 502'.

I have tried everything - logging in and out and deleting/reinstalling the apps on both my phone and my watch but nothing has worked.

Does someone have a fix or can Garmin fix this ASAP
