Venu 2s stopped working overnight, qr code now displaying

Hi, I put my venu 2s on over night for a charge and when I woke up it was no longer displaying a screen. After holding the top button for over 30 seconds, I am now getting a QR code with ESN numbers: 3387935354.

Please can you help?
