Everything was waiting great until I received the 9.17 update on my Venu2. Even after performing a factory reset I'm encountering the following issues:
- Unresponsive Screen - When i flick my wrist or tap the screen it will not come on. When i push a button it's fine.
- Battery Meter: It will not tell me how much power i have remaining unless I plug it in or power cycle. . It also appears to be draining much faster now where i can barely get a day out of it.
- Sleep Tracker Not Working: Pretty self explanatory. It worked just fine until the update. Now it won't record anything even after I widened my bed/wake time in the settings.
- No Stress Level Reading: Self explanatory too. It was working and now it just stopped after the software update.
I was really excited about my Venu2 and found it easy to use. The were a few quirks but I could live with them. What recourse do i have at this point?
