blue tooth connection keep disconnecting with galaxy S22 plus

am using samsung galaxy S22 plus my blue tooth connection keep disconnecting and every time i have to pair it.

my software version 8.11

Hello Leganti. Are you able to successfully pair, but then you continue to have the Bluetooth disconnect and you see a new pairing code displayed on the watch face?

Nope its connect successfully also sync my data but if stop bluetooth from mobile or been away from mobile connection will dropped and i need to do pairing proccess again where it will request for new pairing code.
