Venu 2 - not able to enable notifications for apps in the work profile

Hi,

Applications installed in the work profile (Shelter/Island) are missing in the list of apps to choose from in Garmin Connect - App Notifications (Skype as example in the screenshots, note small briefcase in the app icon).

Any idea how to enable notifications for these applications?

    Try installing the apps also on your personal profile. You don't have to configure them or have personal accounts for them. You don't even need to start them after they're installed. They are needed so that Garmin app can read their package ID and later on, be able to show notification from them. Garmin app won't distinguish between personal or business app notification. Let us know if this help.

    It works!

    Summary information:

    1. The same app has to be installed in the personal profile
    2. It's not necessary to have app running in the personal profile (hibernated by Greenify in my case)
    3. The app can't be disabled in the personal profile (adb shell pm disable-user --user 0 com.skype.raider) - notifications are no longer send to the watch

    This is BRILLIANT!! Thank you so much. It also works for Microsoft Entune. I was going crazy trying to figure out how to get my Teams notifications to the watch. THANK YOU!
