Sleep data not recording

Hi all,

My venu 2 did not record my sleep data. It just happen 4 days ago until now.

I already search and found many way to fix it, but its not working. Such as;

1. disconnect venu 2 from Connect app and reconnect again

2. Uninstall Connect from my phone. Reboot my phone and install it back.

3. Turn off my venu 2 and turn it on again.

Dose any one had a problem like this? I'm quite sure that I did not change any setting both my gamin and my phone.

My software version is 8.15

  • I am having that problem too.  And my firmware is up to date.  I downloaded the Garmin Express app on my Windows machine and it doesn't say anything wrong.  This only recently started for me after getting a new iPhone 13 then after that it stopped recording my sleep automatically.  Tried adding the sleep part out then back in to see if that will fix it today.
