My Venu 2 top right button just randomly stopped clicking and feels like mush when pressed. Watch is in perfect condition otherwise. Bottom button still has a solid click and works just fine. Without the top button access I'm not even able to reboot the watch.
Has anyone else experienced this before? Any solution? I tried cleaning the watch, shaking it to see it anything debris etc was lodged in there against the button.
Curious if Garmin will offer to repair this issue? I'm sad, I went on a long bike ride today and was looking forward to tracking it and wasn't able to even pull up the activities list to try and start a recording.
