Ability to clean list of Recent strength exercises

Since I bought the Venu2 watch, I've selected many exercises from the available list, many of which were the wrong choice, either because the name was confusing, or I decided not to do that exercise again, or I was looking for one that showed the same picture. Now the list is so long I might as well not bother with it. How can I edit/clean up the list? New

    I used that to extract the exercise names.  Here is, hopefully the list that is on most of our watches (it is in CSV format):
