Blank Screen Venu 2S

My Venu2S screen went blank a week ago. (It was not knocked / damaged / I don't know what upset it) 

I have tried recharging / letting go flat then charging / holding down top button / logging in to the Garmin Express and nothing has brough back the screen. 

The update version is 8.11. I am able to sync it / access it through app or Express, however this is done blind as I can't see the screen. 

Any ideas / thoughts?
