Watch freezes with blue triangle after transferring music

I bought a new venu 2 and loaded some music onto it through the express app on my computer. Afterwards the watch froze with the blue triangle so I had a replacement shipped. However, every time I transfer my music it freezes again when I try to play the music and the only way to resolve it is a hard reset. I've spent hours moving 10 songs at a time and listening before moving the next set. If it won't tell me what's messing it up I will have to return it since I cannot figure out what the problem is.
