Connect my Venu 2 to a wifi network

I can't connect my new Venu 2 to a wifi network, so I can't download spotify music lists on my watch. How can I resolve this?? My Venu 2 is brand new , I bought it three days ago.

Why you can't connect it to a wifi? What's the error that you're getting? How are you trying to connect it to the wifi network?
