Venu 2 Mac

When I plug in my Venu 2 to my Mac (Monterey 12.2.1) The device won't show as a drive in finder. Sync etc all works fine but just not showing in Finder, any ideas? I've tried both USB settings on the watch.

Yeah, that’s normal. Garmin watches use MTP (music transfer protocol, I think) to transfer files… which doesn’t show up as a mountable drive on Macs.

OK thanks. Thought ti odd as my old Garmin (Vivoactive 3) showed in Finder and could eject from there.
