Final firmware version 8.0?

I've been looking for it... Haha! you're right. What I meant is more or less a release estimate compared to the other final versions released before.

As someone who works in technology, and has developed software products that manage code & deployment,  I can tell you that no software should be released before it's 'ready'. Releasing software on a schedule invariably leads to quality issues.

Since there is a 8.05 beta, the next general release will probably be 8.10.  As far as when, that really depends on what they find with the beta.

I know that the release will be done when the software is ready, I was just wondering an estimate of the trempistics. The important thing remains to test the BETA well.
