Compass calibration fails

the calibration of the compass on a new venu2 is not possible. Repeated attempts just give an error message
that the calibration failed. I noticed that that same error was reported already much earlier, but obviously nothing has
been  done about it?? What to do?

    Hello .  I was having difficulty with this myself, so I watched the on-screen instructions for a couple of different models.  I found out that, when calibrating, you need to flip your wrist upside down on half of the figure eight motion and have it right side up on the other half of the figure eight motion.  This worked for me multiple times on multiple models.
