I have a problem stopping activity. For example I start Indoor Cycling ok but when I want to stop it by hitting the lower button all I get is an indication of a lap time ("Rundenzeit" in German) and then it starts a new lap and does not stop. If I then hit the upper buttom I get back to the main (round) menu, but in the background the cycling program still runs. If I press the lower button longer I get questions on the bike mechanics, but it again does not stop. How do I get out of this??

Clicking the upper button stops the activity. You might've held he upper button too long if the controls menu ring appeared. There is a difference between pressing and holding a button.

Select an option:
- To save the activity, select .
- To discard the activity, select .
- To resume the activity, press .
