HIIT Custom workout

I love the possibility to create my own workouts and use them later on in the gym, of course, you have to spend some time thinking about it but in the end, it will pay off. For the strength training, everything works fine but Im struggling whit the HIIT one.

I would like to set up a workout for 5 rounds.

I want to use the option "repeat until time is" as I like to see how the time is going down.

1x5 min ( in this round I'm doing six exercises in total and as many rounds I can during this 5 min)
1x 1min break
1x5 min
1x 1min break
1x5 min
1x 1min break
1x5 min
1x 1min break
1x5 min
1x 1min break

In total 30 min ( 25 min work 5 min break)

However, if I set this like that always after the first 5 min round the workout doesn't go to another round which is supposed to be a break but starts to count again 5 min and so endlessly.

So far I found a way around but is not ideal for me.
I just set up one long 30 min round and have to check my watch when to do a break every 5 min. I really would like to set up this as above as it would be more comfortable during the workout, am I doing something wrong? or it is just not possible to set up the workout like that?

I admit that for example on strength training works perfectly but there I work on the "number fo round" option not time.

Any advice?
