Garmin Venu 2 Missing Data

This is the second time in 10 days, where for unknown reasons, Venu 2 is not collecting data.

The whole time the watch was turned on and I watched it work like normal. There was no way to tell that it don't collect data.

Edit: Actually, when I open the widgets on the watch, the data is there. The problem is that it's not uploaded or synched with Garmin connect for some reason.

    2. May we, if necessary, have permission to view/access your Garmin Connect account?
    3. In what country do you live?
    4. Can you please post some photos of the widgets on your watch that show the data was captured without interruption?

    I live in Sofia, Bulgaria.

    Unfortunately, I didn't think of it in time and didn't take any photos of the widgets. And now I don't know a way to go back to the previous day to capture the graphs. The widgets of the heart rate and stress show only the data for the current day.

  • Thank you .  If (when) you see this occur again, please be sure to take some photos and then tag me in this thread.  Also, please try to think back to what was happening just be fore the gap of the missing data, as that may tell us a lot about what is happening.

  • , it happened again. It was during sleep and the problem appeared exactly at 00:00. I was asleep at that time so I wasn't doing anything specific (except sleeping :))

    Again, as much as I can see on the watch widgets, the data is there but I'm not sure if it's not uploaded to Garmin Connect or it's uploaded but not included in the graphs.
