Pulsox measurements of my Venu 2 are constantly 5% or more lower than when measured with a regular trusted saturation measuring device. Does anybody recognise this issue?

Here the same: always lower percentage that it should be. 5-10% lower.
I agree, also on the SQ. I do find if I press it tight onto my wrist during the measurement it does a much better job.
I even removed the hairs situated under the wristbone, but doesn’t help.
After firmware updates, following this post, the accuracy has improved. Thanks for that, Garmin. Although still off, it is now 3% off.
