Venu 2 synchronisation of hour and lag of minutes

Dear Garmin forum,

I saw from some months that my Garmin Venu 2 (bought from 2 months) lags of some seconds. If i try a manual synchro via Iphone, nothing. if i try a manual synchro via GPS, all is ok but few weeks after i have a lag of 15s. Do you have observe the same ? that's a bit shame for a watch to give a wrong hourly !!!

If you have any suggestion.

Hello Former Member. How often are you connecting to GPS? Doing this will update your time (and date), provided that you have selected the "auto-update" time source setting on the watch.

Yes, you're right, my setting is set to auto-update and i never use the GPS.However, i synchronise once per day my Venu 2 with Garmin Connect. Anyway, i don't understand why the watch have a lag of few seconds after some days of working.

For best results with keeping an accurate, up to the second time, regular GPS connection (even if you do not save an activity) should resolve your issue.
