Venu 2 bluetooth Android connect issue

Hello 

my friend have a huge issue with Bluetooth connection with Samsung A41 on android 

the paring between  Venu 2 and Samsung very often is losing connection, and need to be re pair again with new PIN request.

this  issue is from the beginning 

these things was made in Venu 2,: 

1 update software to 5.38 - not help 

2 factory reset on software 5.38 - not help

3 update to software 8.05 - not help 

on samsung 

was clen all Bluetooth data in setup- application

delate Venu from connect app and clear all data in setup-aplication 

delate all data in connect application, and uninstall reboot and install again connect app 

all this points is not helping and the Venu still losing paring and request new PIN code for new pair.... 

did any has idea what can be wrong ?? 

it looks like Bluetooth module issue on Venu, the same Samsung android was connect before with Garmin Vivoactive, and never was issue
