Venu 2s slow connecting the GPS

My Venu 2S is really slow connecting the GPS, I have made sure its up to date. My Forerunner 235 connects in seconds. Is this an issue that will be fixed ?

I’m not having this issue. My 2S connects super fast. Sync with the app right before you go outside to make sure it’s got the latest GPS location data.

If that doesn’t work, I’d contact support.garmin.com and start a chat or phone call with them.

If you are having difficulty getting your watch to connect to GPS, you can make sure that the EPO/CPE are up to date before you try to connect.

What Is EPO or CPE on a Garmin Product?

If this does not resolve your issue, we encourage you to reach out directly to your local Garmin Product Support team. To do this, type "support.garmin.com" in your address bar and use the Garmin Support Center to research your issue. Once you get far enough in the search, you will see (at the bottom of the page) some contact options, which may include Call, Chat, and Email.
