I have two sets of wireless headphones and neither will successfully play music from my Venu 2 which has a playlist downloaded from Spotify on it.
Jaybird Vista 1 - will pair and connect perfectly, but when I press play the music cuts out after 3 seconds. I have tried removing/adding the earbuds/doing a hard reset of the watch and updating the software etc. Each time I get the same problem. They aren't connected to any other devices.
Sony WF-1000XM3 my watch cannot find them. They aren't connected to any other devices and are in pairing mode. Again, I've tried doing a hard reset of the watch but nothing is working.
I am at a loss as to what to do next. My Garmin is updated to Version 5.38.
I have had 2 other Garmin watches and all of them worked perfectly with both sets of headphones...
Can anyone help or do I need to return the watch?
