Insights quit showing up in December

I have a Venu 2, and had a Vivoactive 4. For some reason during the time I had the VA4, middle of December, insights quit showing me insight messages. The graphs show the yellow line on the web and Connect app, but I don't get any message about things like 'we are noticing a pattern.' Did I somehow remove or turn off those messages? If so I'd like to turn them back on.
