I got my Venu 2 today, but cannot seem to reply to texts unless my phone is unlocked with the screen on.

I get a notification that the message was not sent.

The watch is connected to a Huawei Mate 10 Pro.

Does anyone know of any settings that can fix this or do I need a new phone/watch??

I have a similar issue, in that I'm not able to get text or calls on my watch when the phone is paired and syncing with Garmin Connect. So I obviously still can't reply either, and like to at least be able to see notifications come in. I have a Pixel 2, android 11 OS.
