WhatsApp Notifications are OFF but getting buzzed...

My WhatsApp notification is broken. I am on Android, Pixel 6. I have WhatsApp Notifications OFF. See attached.

Yet I am still getting "buzzed" on my wrist when I get a WhatsApp on my phone. I do not want to turn all notifications OFF but may have to as I cannot have my wrist buzzing all the time. Help!!

I am on Garmin Connect 4.49.1,
