Venu 2 disconnecting from iphone

My Venu 2 ist permanently bluetooth disconnecting from my iphone even if the phone lies near by.

Venu 2 Firmware is 5.33, ihone 12 pro max Firmware 15.2

I think its since the iphone update to 15.2 some days ago. But I`m not shure because my Venu 2 ist new to me.

All hints I found is for other modells or older.

Do you have tips for Venu 2, because its annoying.

Sorry for my english, but its not my native language.

i have same problem, venu 2 is connect to iphone only if on charger

I can’t help you with the problem but you can stop getting the notifications until its fixed by long pressing the B button, settings, phone, turn connected alerts off.

That‘s not my Problem. When i Open the Connect App i cannot Sync the watch because ist is not connected. I Must make a search „my device - search“ to Connect. Alerts are turned off.

When this happens to me sometimes, I force close the app, turn off bluetooth then open the app, turn on Bluetooth and also do a sync from the watch itself at the same time. This usually fixes it.

maybe u use android, on iphone can't force close app

Not sure if this is related: I had frequent disconnects from iPhone in the beginning when i did Bluetooth pairing via iPhone settings menu. After I deleted the pairing and let Garmin connect do the job while setup, the disconnect problems disappeared

in my case BT connection work only if watch is connected to charger, if remove charger cable is diconnected from aplicatin , no receive nothing from phone.

I have an iPhone, you can force close an app by bringing up all the open apps, double pressing the home “button” and then swiping up on the garmin Connect app to remove it from the open apps. This closes it.
