Recently I got a Garmin Venu 2 and paired it with my Sony WF-1000XM3 to listen to some musics at the gym without needing to have my phone with me. The problem is that the audio is chopping a lot, either with Spotify songs and also with Mp3 musics that I manually transfered to the device.
I tried switching wrists and even moving Venu 2 very close to my headphones that they are touching, and even that way the audio is still chopping. The situation gets worse when I'm starting to track an activity or saving some activity.
I'm sure the headphones are OK, because I used to wear them paired with my old Samsung Gear Sports and they worked just fine.
Maybe the bluetooth module is just bad on this watch, because I'm trying to add a Wifi network to it, in order to check for updates, but the connection keeps dropping all the time.
Does someone has any idea what I can do? Does it apply for a warranty claim?
