I recently purchased the Venu 2 a few months back and am having problems syncing playlist's and music in general from Amazon Music and Spotify apps. I contacted Customer service and they instructed me to go through a watch reset, reconnect Bluetooth and reinstall both apps which I did. That solved the Amazon part for about a month, but now it won't let me update my playlists with new music. It keeps on saying that "Not all Content could be downloaded". I have no workouts downloaded to my watch and only about two handfuls of watch faces, so I'm not out of memory. I tried the Spotify app and it only downloads a few songs out of 80 with the same message. My watch is plugged in next to my router and my phone is next to it. I'm not about to go through the Bluetooth/watch reset every time I want to add music. Has anybody else run into this? I want to go back to Samsung, but their GPS isn't as good as Garmin and have had a Garmin all throughout my running career.
