Tried, disabled bluetooth, WiFi not working. When change in settings WiFi autotransfer - on. then trying to sync, message "transfering" but nothing transfered (short workout without bluetooth). (my FR245Music - works with my WiFi - no problems)

Update: enabled tethering on android phone, connected to WiFi from smartphone. (but still don't get it, why FR245 works on my home WiFi, Venu2 doesn't)
I’m having the same problem. Error code 0800. I bought the watch for its features not its error codes but that’s been my experience. Music guts out mid run. Can’t download a playlist. The stupid watch won’t even find my wifi and it’s full blast when I check every other device. This is either a defective watch or something that failed beta and they released it anyways. I want to go for a run. I have a 2 hour window and I’m spending half an hour with this watch trying to get it to work. Finding time is challenging enough! So damn frustrating! This is my 5th garmin I’ve had 3 that worked extremely well. My second was the first touch screen which was a dog. Two great ones and now this!
