Data not showing up on phone.

Initially setup the phone on another account and checked to check if the watch was working. As it displayed the heart rate, I concluded it was. After setting up on my own account, I have never been able to read any data on the phone. After reading all the information on the "No sleep data" and related problems with the Venu 2, I deleted the account and it has now been over 30 days since the account was removed.

I can see the heart rate and other graphs on the WATCH, but cannot see any data on the phone. In my account I can see very limited data, (see screen shot).

Please advise.
