If you install a "widget" from the CIQ App store and it has glance support, it will show up in both the glance loop as well as the activity loop. On CIQ 4 devices, they are actually called "Super apps" as they are different than a widget on pre 4.x devices.
Glance views have been available on a number of devices before the Venu2 - the fr55,245.745,945,fenix 6, etc. but on those, they are still widgets.
I am still used to the Vivoactive 3 widgets and find it easier. For instance, the new so called glances / super app UI doesn’t seem to have a setting to turn on Hydration notification like the one I see on Vivoactive 3.
