I am not able to associate my new Venu 2 with the IQ Store. It works well with the Connect, but the IQ Store is not able to see my watch at al.
What is the issue? Is and update coming somewhere?

BTW, issue solved as I manually updates the firmware to the 3.55 version.
for me it worked onIO a a charm, but since today the same issue - unintalled several times; reset password...to no avail....
