Why? What's the logic behind this? For all my activities, the vigorous minutes always x2?

That’s how they’re defined

why not? it's just a way to make you move more and to move faster, of course they can develop some complex scale but i would just make things harder to grasp, so they keep things simple and effective.
How is it making people to move more since the vigorous minute already times 2. Meaning that I just did 20 minutes but thanks to their system, it doubles up. So it records me as 40 minutes. If I didn’t check I would have already assumed that I reached my target and move even lesser.
Because "Vigorous" intensity is defined basically as twice as effective as "moderate" intensity. Basically similar to how a walk uses up far less energy than a run. Normally there's a HR threshold set that defines a vigorous minute as having a much higher HR rate than a moderate one. Hence your activities are much more intensive than others.
