Accuracy of Sp02

Hello,

I recently purchased a Venu 2 but also have an Instinct Solar. My issue seems to be the V2s Sp02 sensor. The Instinct and an independent finger Sp02 sensor give me a reading of 94-96% over many, many tests, The V2s Sp02 sensor swings from 85% to 91% - it seems way off. Is there a way to calibrate the sensor or should I request a replacement? The Sp02 was a major reason I went with a V2.

Hello i have the exact same issue -> this is the only inaccurate reading which i'm getting from garmin atm.

Thanks. The Stress reading is also high when compared to the Instinct. I was hoping for a software sensor update, seeing as it's a fairly new device.

Mine is inaccurate a lot of the time. I have it set to monitor continuously, and, strangely, it seems to be wrong mostly in the afternoon. It will often show reading in the 80"s all afternoon. When I check with a finger unit I have, I am always in the 95-98 range

Exactly what Im seeing. I had an 81% reading today, and 95% on the finger unit. Im about to get a replacement request. Not a cheap device to be this far off.
