Do not disturb Mode During sleep persists after wake up time

When I turn on Do Not Disturb mode "During Sleep" under the System settings menu on the Venu 2 device, Do Not Disturb is activated at the start of my sleep window, however, it is not automatically deactivated upon the assigned wake up time. Is this expected behaviour? Is there another setting to automatically deactivate Do Not Disturn at the end of the sleep window?

Firmware: 5.27

Are you manually turning DND on yourself, or are you using the Do Not Disturb During Sleep feature?

I realize this response is a year old, but users should not have to manually enable DND mode on their watch. If a user turns on DND mode on their phones, it should automatically enable DND mode on the watch or prevent notifications from being sent to the watch. I just ditched my Fitbit for a Venu 2 and I'm incredibly disappointed that Garmin does not have this feature. Fitbit has you beat on this one.

I agree with you... to the original post however, DND turns on and off automatically for the defined sleep window.

If you plan to go to sleep early, is there a way to go into DND mode manually? By that I mean, disable notifications and tap to turn on?

You can enable DND manually but as far as I know you can't turn the screen off.
