Hi all, I have my Venu 2 for a few days only, but it looks my watch counting floors not only when I walk up by stairs or run/ walk uphill, but also when I use elevator or sit in the bus. If this happens tme to time... Ok, nothing is perfect. I had Venu for about 2 years and for this period this hapoens only few times. But with Venu 2 almost every day. At first I thought that the problem would be solved by a combination of hard reset and calibration, as the watch was updated a couple of times, but it didn't help, After one day I m back in the begining. Any sugestions? Thanks.
The watch started to ignore all move up/down without counting the floors. After factory reset we will see what is going on...
