Sleep recording didn't work at all, with v5.33

I've got my Venu 2s device yesterday, updated it to v5.33, wore it to bed, fully charged and in the morning it says that no sleep data is recorded. I'd appreciate any help/updates regarding this as sleep monitoring one of the main reasons I've got this device.

  • Is there sleep data being generated on the watch, but just not being uploaded to your Garmin Connect account?

    Additionally, please answer the questions below:

    1. May we, if necessary, have permission to email you?

    On the device itself, it says 'No sleep data recorded last night'.

  • I see that you have gotten sleep the last couple of nights.  It looks like your watch's heart rate sensor stopped recording at 3:08 AM on the morning in question, which would be the reason for no sleep data being in Garmin Connect.  Does the sleep data show up on the watch for that night/morning?  Did the watch battery die overnight?  If you see this happening again in the future, please start a new thread and we can investigate further.
