Venu 2 losts connection to Jaybird Vista repeatedly

About a week ago my Venu 2 started to lose the connection with my earphones. This happens every 2 to 5 minutes which of course ruins a good run or gym session. They will not reconnect automatically and it takes a few tries to get them to reconnect, but they will lose the connection again efter a few minutes.

The earphones have the latest firmware and I have tried to force a new fw install of them but it didn't help.

I think I got a firmware update for the Venu 2 recently but i'm not totally sure about that. But they worked fine about two weeks ago.

Firmware version 5.27

ANT/BLE/BT version 6.14

Anyone with the same problem? Any solution?

Hi Kevin. I'm experiencing the exact same issue. Also with my Venu 2 and my Jaybird Vista earphones that keeps disconnecting. Would it be possible for you to also please email me the additional information as mentioned here in your reply. Thank you so much.

I am having the same issue with my Venu following an update to 6.80 and the jaybird vista bud firmware v1.1.6

Kevin, I'm also having issues with connecting my Venu 2 to the Jaybird Vista 2 headphones and keeping them connected. When connected, the volume control has ceased to function on the watch and defaults to full volume on the headphones. is there any additional information that you may be able to supply of how to resolve?

I'm also having the same problem with my new Venu 2 plus. Music is playing about 2 seconds then connection with my Jaybird Vista earphones is lost.

Any fix yet?

I have the same problem as the others here above.

Have a new Venu 2 plus and 1 year old Jaybird Vista.

From the Spotify app in the watch the music only plays for a couple of seconds, then the bluetooth connection is lost.

Any fix to this?

Hello Kevin, please email me a solution. I have a Venu 2 with connection issues to jaybird vista 1. Sometimes it'll connect but loses volume function (or volume at 100%). Yes, you can access my Carmin Connect. USA.
