Heart rate sensors update please

The heart rate sensors are too inaccurate.

The readings are inaccurate.

During sports activities running on treadmill, running outdoors, the heart sensors are at a minimum + 20 bpm offset. It is far too imprecise.

Even in continuous reading in everyday life the heart rate sensors show false results of +20 ~ +30 bpm.

I am extremely disappointed with the inaccuracy of the heart sensor.

However I have the last update, I made a hard reset that does not change anything. We need an update as soon as possible.

    Same here, the heart rate sensor is fairly accurate when in an activity but would urge you to check  the readings against a HRM when not in an activity. Last week I was averaging a difference of about 80bpm for example watch stayed at 90-100bpm and HRM was recording 170-180 when connected to the Edge 530!!! Start an activity and suddenly the watch sensor started showing me about 170-180. 

    Can only imagine the sensor updates have caused the problem and have been pulled from the update.

    Hello, I am still really disappointed with the heart sensor. Too many inconsistent measures, despite update 5.33. I did a hard reset that doesn't change anything. In the running phase, offset by + ~ 20 bpm. And in continuous heart rate reading in everyday life + ~ 30 bpm. It's way too much. An official Garmin member can answer us please.

    I take my comments back, the accuracy during an activity has been messed up by 5.33. 20-40 bpm out this morning.

    Same here. It would be very nice if that could be fixed as soon as possible.

    Une question aux membres du forum, pour ceux qui ont pu faire faire la mise à jour lors du premier déploiement de celle ci ( 50 %) sur Venu 2 qu'elle était la version du capteur après mise à jour. Capteurs version 14.05 et WHR 5.00.04 c'est bien cela ?? Merci pour tous les retours.
