service mode

Hello I have an unusual question I accidentally entered the service mode of the watch by holding the top button while starting the watch, I had qr code on the first screen, then parameters, display test, gps, nfc and so on. Can you accidentally change any functions responsible for the operation of the device by moving the button? because I clicked "blindly" and I'm afraid that I might have changed something.I have Garmin venu 2 from today.

I did this too with me Venu 2 plus and discovered an ECG mode which at first was really wonky, but once if I touched the dial at the same time it showed an ECG. While Garmin watches claim they do not have this functionality, I found it quite interesting that this was in the service mode.
