Venue 2 bluetooth pairing all the time

I bought the watch 3 days ago and for a full 3 days the bluetooth connection between the phone (Samsung A31) and the watch is constantly lost an on again when i go out of range always asking me to pair again and again, for 450€ watch is frustraitng , I tried everything from updating, restarting, cleaning the cash, setting the watch according to the instructions of Garmin customer service and nothing helped. I see on the forums that this problem is common so im returning that watch because it’s not worth that money!
