Unitiedot eivät tallentuneet älykelloon

Miksi älykello (Venu2S) ei tallentanut uni tietoja, vaikka laite oli oikein asennettuna ranteessa? Puhelin oli suljettu. Pitääkö puhelimen olla päällä, että unitiedot tallentuvat älykelloon?
